Mark Rivers already provided the correct OUT field in the message he 
forwarded to this thread.  I would just like to add the following info.

Now that the motor module has been split into multiple repositories, the 
SmartMotor module contains an example IOC:

Controllers with model-1 drivers, like the SmartMotor controller, 
usually load motor.db:
