EPICS Re: Problems compiling base-3.15.6 with RTEMS

Going back to a previous version of EPICS (R3.14.12.8) I see I have the same problem when compiling, but it's only a warning, not an error, which is probably why I hadn't noticed it before.

EPICS R3.14.12.8 (and previous versions) find it without any problem.
It's just EPICS R3.15.6 that can't find it for some reason.
