Folks, asyn R4-40-1 is now available. asyn is available on github here: https://github.com/epics-modules/asyn
tar and zip files are available here: https://github.com/epics-modules/asyn/releases
The documentation and release notes are here: https://epics-modules.github.io/master/asyn/
This from the R4-40-1 release notes: - drvAsynIPPort - Fixed the logic for using SO_REUSEPORT or SO_RESUSEADDR. In R4-40 RTEMS and Windows used SO_REUSEADDR and all others used SO_REUSEPORT.
This does not work because Linux kernels before 3.9 also do not support SO_REUSEPORT. Now if SO_REUSEPORT is not defined then SO_REUSEADDR is used instead. Mark |
