They belong to nobody… Probably I’m still missing some proper DHCP/DNS configuration?

No, the user and group that you want the IOC to use should be given in the nfsMount command. Instead of

nfsMount("192.168.99.1","/autosave","/autosave")

you should use

nfsMount("[email protected]","/autosave","/autosave")

where uid and gid are replaced by the numeric IDs that you want RTEMS to use for your files. Running the command ‘id bl’ on your workstation should give you those numbers (assuming bl is the account you want it to use).

But anyway, the IOC is now saving/loading the correct settings.
