Thanks Yong this should be helpful. Does it support specific firmware versions? We were using a custom driver but we found out that it was made for the older firmware E401, the spare parts we have we found out

https://github.com/epics-modules/mrfioc2 when searching for a driver for MRM-based timing system hardware. Looking at the source code it does not seem to work with Ethernet connected hardware, only VME. Our timing system hardware is inserted into a VME
chassis but connected to the control system via the board’s Ethernet interface. Can this driver be configured to connect to Ethernet-connected hardware? Thanks. Abdalla. |
