Hi EPICSers, I have been asked recently, if we could (for a long-term test) integrate a TANGO device into our control system – at least for surveillance and to archive the most important signals. My naïve first search had no satisfying results, so I’m asking here: Is there any known way/implementation/bridge, that allows a (complex) TANGO-controlled device to be interfaced by EPICS (CA or most probably PVA)? I found the Tango2Epics Gateway implemented by Cosylab a couple of years ago, but it does it the other way around (integrates EPICS-device into TANGO-CS).
