Epics archiver appliance freezing

Hello All,

I am having an issue with the epics archiver appliance and was wondering else has seen this behavior.  The main website will load fine for a little while and I am able to search PVs and get return status.  Then after running some PVs through CS studio, I will try to search again in the archiver web page and it just freezes on the return request.  The page doesn’t crash but it just will not return anything status wise about the PV search.  It only started happening recently and wondering if something got added to the archiving that is causing some type of freeze up? I have checked the drive space, network, IOCs, restarting hardware, it seems to always freeze now.

Is there a way an easy way to go into the sql database and see what the total list of PV the search uses (I think I remember that is where it stores the list details)?

Is there a specific log to look into to see the freeze up, most of the logs I’ve checked out have tons of information but not sure what I am searching for as the culprit. 

I am close to trying to reinstall and start fresh again but would be nice to know why it’s doing it.
