We are talking about the API to the CA Client Library.
At our previous meeting we were going to say what the user would see - so that we could tie it to the low level calls that Jeff was presenting and see that they all fit.
And I think the answer to the second questions is "yes".

What is "the user request"? Are you talking about the API of the CA Client Library?
Didn't we agree that DataAccess would be the interface to the channel data?
