I have answered some licensing questions from the developers in China
who are actually doing the work, and they were only asking about the CA
*client* libraries (Ca.dll and Com.dll), not the server stuff, and their
questions were about the Windows platform. The difference between the
client and server sides might not have been properly communicated
internally...
