EPICS Meeting at FRIB

Dear all,

When do we expect to have the dates for the EPICS Meeting at FRIB settled?

The web site still says 18-22 May (five days) and explains in the next 
paragraph that the meeting is four days long.
It talks about parallel developer workshops the week before, but does 
not specify them, and does neither provide an agenda for the EPICS 
meeting nor for any developer workshop.
This makes it quite hard if not impossible to justify travel.
On the other hand, the accommodation deadlines are getting close, and 
travel will not get less expensive, either.
What's the status?
