Dear all,

The first pre-release of the upcoming 3.15.3 version of Base can now be

downloaded from the EPICS Launchpad pages at:

    https://launchpad.net/epics-base/3.15/3.15.3

If you have time to help, please try building and using this release,

then report any problems you had with it on the Launchpad bug tracker or

on core-talk. The next release (planned as a first release candidate)

will be in about two weeks time.

The web pages on the APS web site will be set up as soon as possible -

sorry for the inconvenience.

3.15.3 features mainly bugfixes taken from the 3.14 series, some

cleanup, configurable NTP synchronization on vxWorks, and a way to

assemble configuration files from numbered snippets.

Please refer to the release notes (in the documentation folder) for more

details.
