Tried. Enabling and disabling the format works, no surprise. Changing PREC
also changes the format, etc.
However, this does not change how BOY displays the numbers; again, no
surprise.
I would have been surprised if it did. Or maybe it was agreed to be
implemented, I am not sure.
(I am using the ESS-specific CS-Studio, by the way.)
