The meeting minutes themselves are safe, but they are mostly divided
between your and my Google accounts and only the Next/Previous links
between them provide a public index to those minutes since January 2017
(when the links on http://epics-pvdata.sourceforge.net/home.html stop).
At the moment I can use my G+ Events page to find the minutes for more
recent meetings, but evidently not for too much longer.

Agreed we're fine for invitations. Since they will now be public we must
remember to turn off editing through the now shared link after the
meeting is over (which you already seem to be doing, so that's good).

We should also publish an index to all our Agenda/Minutes documents
somewhere on the epics-controls.org website. Other stuff on the above
home.html page probably should also be moved to epics-controls.org as
well, and I'm sure there are some other pages we should migrate from the
SourceForge site too.
