Oh, right, I should have caught this. All my devices report
"canBlock:Yes" so I would expect that the latency for communicating to
the devices does NOT add up. However, I have a bunch of IOCs talking to
a smaller number (<=47) of these devices which are performing fine and
this larger IOC with 132 devices which is not able to keep up.
