Core developers: Diamond have offered to host an EPICS Codeathon early next year and have asked me to check on our availability. We could also use some part of that week to hold a face-to-face Core meeting. Their first choice of dates is February 10-14, with
an alternate of February 24-28.
If you think you're likely to be able to come, either for the whole week or for a couple of days F2F please check your calendars for those dates and let me know (1) if you want to attend, and (2) if you have a clash with either week, so we try to maximize who's
there. Austen would like to make a decision on the date at/by the Council meeting at ICALEPCS.
Thanks,
- Andrew
