I think you're making too much of this. This sort of debris is a fact of life with CI builds.
Obviously it would be nice to work on a branch/PR/MR, though APS jenkins doesn't build these.
So there is no other way for Ralph to find out about this failure.

Seems like a difference between libc++ implementations since similarly old RTEMS builds succeed.
