So, i ran tests in Appveyor on 3.15 - all the release builds passed, all debug builds failed with a timeout at one hour. I suspect they are getting an assert failure and are missing some patch currently on the 7.0 branch. We probably need to update the 3.15 ci scripts (and probably tests Makefile too) to match 7.0, here test output is uploaded as a build artefacts so it is easier to see what has gone wrong.
