Ok, maybe I deserve this comment. As it happens though, I ran into the same
confusion a couple of weeks ago while investigating the musl alternative libc.
I'd be happy to see the include order rationalized. Though I don't see it as
a priority (as opposed to RTEMS5, or testCaProvider hangs).
