I've been starting to change over travis-ci to github actions.
So far this has been fairly smooth (thanks to Ralph's efforts
w/ ci-scripts).
It's also worth noting that for github actions, there is a
listed limit of '2,000 Actions minutes/month
' for the Free
tier. Unfortunately, the usage report doesn't show how
much I've used so far. Now that I'm doing Base builds here,
I'll probably find out.
Still, github/M$ has a better chance of getting $4/month from me
than travis-ci has of getting $70/month. imo. travis-ci is
pricing in a way which seems designed to chase off individual
OSS developers.

I've also been wondering if this free ride is ending.
