I know vxWorks 5 is not supported and thus I keep the modifications to
make it work to myself. But Which VxWorks 6 versions are supported? 6.4
is crap, BTW.

  Since -Werror-implicit-function-declaration has been added to configure/CONFIG.gnuCommon in commit b49f0691, EPICS base 7.0 compilation fails for vxWorks in:
  ../osi/os/vxWorks/osdFindSymbol.c: In function `epicsLoadLibrary':
  ../osi/os/vxWorks/osdFindSymbol.c:49: error: implicit declaration of function `close'

  VxWorks declares close() in ioLib.h.
