I agree that you must have at least one chan specified that is returning
monitors frequently enough to meet your sample time.

One additional note: for processing to return data based on ADEL even when 
no change has occurred, ADEL must be set < 0.0 for analog-type data.
The comparision is done on a delta > 0.0 (not >=0.0).
