Re: port of EPICS onto Heurikon Baja.

We are continuing with the port of EPICS 3.12.2 onto the
Heurikon Baja boards. The first draft was to get
soft channel records running (no I/O). It was found
that an ai record runs 50 times faster on the baja
compared with a standard mv162 (no FP). This is the
figure Heurikon are touting.

Getting the I/O running over the VME bus is taking a little
longer. Main problems encountered with this so far are:
VME interrupts are not mapping to the CPU, this should just
be a matter of programming the VME64 chip.

I've had to reprogram the boot rom because the MIPS VxWorks BSP
waits for the VME SYSFAIL signal to extinguish before
it loads the kernel over the network. Unfortunately the
Xycom 566 ADC cards we have never release the SYSFAIL line!

I'll send the documented port to the EPICS release control team as soon
as it is fully running and tested.
