MEDM makes a next step, doesn't it?

Hello,

Last half of year Argonne and DESY/KRYK have been working on upgrade the MEDM.
One part of a work was done together and an other was done by each 
laboratories separately. 

Now - that we have reached some intermediate point in our development where 
the most demanding features are implemented or shortly before being finished, 
and the next bigger improvements are to be planned, we would like to open 
the discussion to the tech-talk and cdev mailing list to get your feedback 
on some of our ideas.

So we have put some words in the Web to keep EPICS community informed about 
some DESY/Kryk's results and mainly to propose some thoughts for discussion.
