Doc on stepperMotor record

I have been looking in every available Record Reference manual (latest
version i saw was the html version at www.atdiv.lanl.gov, dated 15 APR
1997) but nowhere found documentation for the stepperMotor record that
is in any way related ;) to our source code. For example it's said there
that the record processing is not written yet. I don't know how people
can use it then, but obviously they can.

If someone could enlighten me, i'd be glad. Thanks in advance,
