We use a terminal server after we found that our serial devices have
one property that can't be set in the setup in a VT320 and as the terminal
server ports are already set up use the same setup for EPICS.
(Using a slightly modified version of drvAscii from Allan Honey of
Keck Observatory, drvSerial (from Jeff Hill) and tnetDev (from Bret
Goodrich of Gemini). We don't know how many serial devices we're going
to end up with.
