I have a question for the vxworks people:
Our vxworks account has a umask of 022 which is supposed to create files
with -rw-r--r-- protection and will for example with vi.
>From software running on the epics IOC I am creating files with
fopen ("f1","w"). This causes f1 to have a protection of -rw-rw-rw-
which is fine with me.
Also from software running on the epics IOC I am creating files with
copy ("f1","f2"). This causes f2 to have a protection of -rw-r-----,
but I want -rw-r--r-- (-rw-rw-rw- would be OK too). Is there a way
to change the file protection that copy uses for its destination file?
