Serial comms solution

Hello everybody,

we need to control three RS-485 instruments for our test bench.
We intend to use the GreenSpring Industry Pack carrier with a
proper IP module and this is were we need help. We have, in
principle, three choices (all from GrenSpring Computers):

1) the IP-Octal 485
2) the IP-MP Serial
3) the IP-Universal Serial

I know that EPICS has support for the first one but
has anybody provided a driver for the other two?
What is the recommended option? In principle options 2 and 3
also allow for RS-232 and RS-422, has anybody any experience
with those? Is there also a driver for them?
