Subject: Duplicate record utility ?

Just wondering ... Is there a utility to verify that there are no duplicate
record names targeted for an IOC  :
    1)  using a file which contains a list of .db filenames to check ?
    2)  using the .db files used by "dbLoadRecords" in the st.cmd/st.boot
file ?
