After a previous message describing a problem resulting in IOC errors
indicated by the message
S_iosLib_TOO_MANY_OPEN_FILES, I received a suggestion to look at the file
descriptors with iosFdShow. After doing this, I found that autosave seems
to be accumulating fd's for the file auto_positions.savB. I had 7 of them
earlier this morning, and 15 now. It seems to be updating the file ok, but
I gather it isn't closing it. Can anyone tell me if there is a simple fix
for this? (epics 3.13beta11, mv167, vxWorks 5.2.1, Solaris 2.5.1, etc.)
Thanks
