If the engineering units for a PV are blank, the configuration is saved with a blank token
for the UNITS associated with a curve. Loading such a file fails with no error messages. I
have taken to deleting the offending line so that life continues in the control room.
I can see how to quickly just ignore on input OR not output the Units line; is there a
newer version of StripTool available? Has this problem been seen and addressed elsewhere?
