Dear Friends in the EPICS collaboration meeting.

2) Accommodation
According to the rules in KEK, we can keep 20 rooms in the KEK dormitory
for this meeting. We believe these are enough to serve people from
outside KEK.  However, these rooms are all single rooms and not all room
has bath.

If you are coming to KEK with your an accompanying person or you just
don't like to stay at the KEK dormitory,  we are happy to make a room
reservation in the hotels in Tskuba area  for you. 

Urban-hotel is a nearest hotel to KEK. Their rate per night is 
JY6,500yen or JY7,000 yen for a single room and JY12,000 yen for a twin room.

(Unfortunately, most of their page uses Japanese only.)

Alternative choice is the Dai-ichi hotel, which is located in the
central area of Tsukuba 
Science City and 10 km south of KEK.  Their regular rate is JY18,000-per
night for a twin room but can get 10% discount if you make reservation
through KEK.

If you are coming to KEK collaboration meeting and did not make room
reservation yet, please send the following information to [email protected]

	1) Your name
	2) Where do you want to stay during the meeting: 
		KEK dormitory, Urban Hotel or Dai-ichi Hotel, or any special request.
	3) type of room (single/twin) 
	4) Arrival Date, Airline information, etc.
	5) Departure Date.

3) Para-site meeting

  COACK-II(Component-ware Oriented Accelerator Control Kernel - II) is a
project lead by Mr. I. Abe and Proj. Kishiro of KEK. They will have a
workshop on COACK-II in KEK from May 17 - 20, 2000.  You can find the
