I second this. I am using a board that is only supported under Tornado II,
and will be hampered in my EPICS development until this next release is
available. I am also interested in a Linux-based version of EPICS for
running simulations.

Here at JPL we are very interested in using 3.13 on Tornado II ASAP.
Can you please post when this version is available for download. I
can also offer my services as a sort of alpha or beta tester if needed.
Finally I have a question. We desire to start running IOCs on Linux
here for lab experiments. Is this only possibly with the 3.14.alpha
release from William or can 3.13 be compiled to run on Linux.
