I have dropped the ball on this as we are in the middle of a run. I am
preparing an analysis which shows that CPID does not behave as a PID loop
should theoretically behave, but I have not had time to write this up and post
it yet. I am on vacation (hah!) till July 10. I think that merging the best
of EPID and CPID is a good idea and I'll be happy to work on it when I return.
