Huh? Tru64 is just Compaq's new name for what used to be DECUnix. It's
been 64-bit for years. And I've been using EPICS on DECUnix since
R3.13.0.beta4, without noticing this problem.
One difference is that I use the standard cc compiler, and Geoff is using
gcc.
