The bootrom successfully loaded the vxWorks image you asked it to (the
presence of the three numbers tell you that), but on running it the CPU
crashed completely. There's something wrong with that vxWorks boot file,
but we can't tell you any more than that. If you can, try changing the
file name you boot to
<path to tornado>/target/config/<your target type>/vxWorks
to see whether that boots properly. If you copied the vxWorks file to
that system using ftp, make sure that you selected binary mode to do the
copy.
