Hi all!
  I'm running EPICS on  target shell instead of windsh.All 
the tasks are spawned. But,ioclogclient  prints some error
messages related to 'S_errno_ENOBUFS' .This happens whenever it tries
to create a  socket.
And also,all commands that are not related to Process Variable names are
carried out properly, like scanppl,dbnr etc.,.
For those which access the address of PV's like dba,dbpr thru
dbNameToAddr,it prints out the diagnostic that record is
not found.
  Is this problem something related to n/w buffers or someother buffers
related to EPICS s/w alone?

All suggestions are highly appreciated.
