At LBNL we are very interested, both as partner in SNS collaboration
and for future projects.  Interestingly enough, Jerry Fiddler, founder
of Wind River and former colleague here, called me to say he really
wanted to repair relations with our laboratory community; he knew
things were not as they should be.  I am awaiting follow-up from
his marketing manager.

Specifically in answer to your questions:
1. Carl Lionberger or myself
2. Lawrence Berkeley National Lab
3. 2 +
4. #53 and #54

Those licenses form effectively a *SITE* license for the 68k
family.  We have another "project" license for PPC which
doesn't have generous re-use terms.

Thus I would add to your "specs" -- not locked to project, just
to "department" or "group".  As you say, we just want the BSPs,
the libraries/headers, and GNU stuff...
