Hi,

 Currently we are evaluating Channel Archiver Engine (ver. 1.9.1)
running  on HP-UX 11
with system pthread library. Test configuration file contains about 5000
channels, and
ArchiveEngine works OK to store data. We could also modify configuration
from
 Web browser.

In the test, I happend to find that multiple data-requests from web
browser can
crash a ArchiveEngine process.

 1) When I requests a configuration detail of Archive Engine, it start
send the information
on all 5000 channels.
 2) It takes more than 10 second( well, my old Mac is not so fast).
 3) While the first web browser window is still receiving data from
ArchiveEngine, I can
send another request, "main" display for example, to the ArchiveEngine
from the second Web browser window.
 4) Then , ArchiveEngine crashes by "Segmentation fault" and dumps a
core file.

Everytime I tried this proceduce, I got same result , i.e. segmentation
fault
and a core file.

I don't know if this is the problem only on HP-UX 11 or not. I
appriciate your
information.
