In Makefile.Host of the ts extension, we see:
ifdef BASE_3_14
INC = tsDefs.h
LIBSRCS = tsSubr.c
LIBRARY = ts
endif
So it seems that ts is meant for the new BASE_3_14?! The file tsStamp.h is
included in the
tsDefs.h file in the ts directory. This tsDefs.h is different from the one in
BASE.
Why the change from 3.13? I hope the changes are there for a purpose.
May be the author of tsDefs.h (Roger A. Cole) could enlighten us on it.
