When you open this file it is actually a manual for the sequencer version
1.9 which now comes with epics R3.13.5 and up.

It is older than the manual.html files that come in the distribution
seq-2.0.2.tar.gz , the sequencer that works on UNIX under EPICS 3.14....
It would be really nice to have a PDF version of those files.

This is the manual for SNL 2.0, so there'll be some additions since the
"standard" version that comes with R3.13.x:
