Another Notice for the EPICS collaboration meeting

There are several topics that we are trying to address and 
I would like to solicit some contributions. These are 
generally useful things that we've not managed to do in a 
unified way yet.

Save/Restore of setpoints
Bumpless Reboot of IOCs
Configuration of EPICS databases - using ORACLE
Operator Logs / Error Logs
Buffering that is triggered and dumped on an event

I would also encourage you to register soon, so that we 
can assure that we have sufficient meeting room space.
