Subject:	CA_client error with execution of genSub record

I am running EPICS 3.13.7 and am writing a subroutine for the genSub record. It has no errors as far as I can check with printf statements and seems to return fine, but produces the following error. Note: other genSub records are running fine.

Task: 0x1bc1454 "CA_client"

Has anyone seen this and know what it might indicate?
