The constant taskDelay() in "ca/vxWorks_depen.c" is in a code fragmented
that is commented out. Therefore, the CA client library should not be
impacted by changes in the vxWorks tick rate.

> 	rec/recWaitCa.c

I didn't write these codes so I will let their respective authors respond.
