Important Notice on the Collaboration Meeting

Please note that you need to make the hotel reservations 
in the next two weeks to get the favorable rate of $99 per 
night. After that, the La Fonda rate will go to the street 
rate. The street rate is between $150 and $220 per night.
We are also depending on your use of the good rate and 
your staying there to keep us from paying for the 
conference room. You immediate attention is greatly 
appreciated!
