Next EPICS Meeting - Response Needed

Hi All,
We are trying to determine the number of attendees that we 
will have at the autumn EPICS meeting. It will be hosted 
by KEK and JAERI. We are looking for a suitable location. 
If you have any intention of attending - please reply. It 
is very important that we are able to accomodate everyone. 
I realize that there is not yet an agenda or exact dates - 
so we are only looking for a rough estimate. The meeting 
is tentatively set for early November.

This is very important as we had estimated 70 people in 
Santa Fe and ended up with 120. It was fortunate that the 
hotel was able to accomodate us!

The next two meetings will be
Spring 2005 - US - Argonne or SLAC
Fall 2005 - Europe - along with ICALEPCS - either 1 day 
the Sunday prior to ICALEPCS or 3 days the week prior to 
ICALEPCS.
