I use an auto-include dbd file under 3.14.6 on Linux, with seq
2-0-9beta. seq works fine, it is defined in iocsh.
The last official release of seq was 2-0-8 I think. Here are the notes
on 2-0-9:
*****
Version 2.0.9 contains the following changes
seq_connect now initializes assignCount and numMonitoredChans BEFORE
connecting
to the PVs. With the previous versions it was possible to signal that
everything
was connected and the first monitor received before it actually
happened.
*****
So there are no notes about registering seq with iocsh.
What release of 3.14 are you using, and what release of seq?
