The "-Wtraditional" option does not exist in R3.14 base/configure files
but it still exists in the base/config directory and appears on GNU
compiler compile lines for builds of extensions with R3.13 Makefiles.
I will remove the "-Wtraditional" option in the base/config directory
before the next R3.14 base release. Thanks.

Hi,
I noticed that building some extensions (casr, StripTool) with R3.14.8.2
gives really many warings about things that would not work in
traditional C.
Why is -Wtraditional now switched on for non -traditional builds?
I am using gcc on linux-x86 architecture.
