program for generating screens from database files?

Hi folks,

Has anyone already written a program that will, given an EPICS database .db file, 
 generate a screen definition file for one of the more recent EPICS display 
managers?  We are installing new controls at the ALS this autumn, meaning lots of 
new databases for which instant screens would be most useful.

Before I write such a utility myself, I thought I'd check to see if anyone else 
has done one.
