.1 second 10 Hertz.

Those waveforms are compress (FIFO/circular buffer) records.
As far as medm is concerned, I assume that this fact doesn't matter.
A FIFO/circular buffer (1200-sample waveform) needs to be transferred
entirely over the network even if only one sample is updated.
