Dear All,
When running an EPICS IOC inside GNU Screen we have noticed that if one
enters the copy/scrollback mode an odd thing happens. The IOC continues
to serve channels access requests but the data acquisition itself
appears to be suspended. When someone accidentally leaves a screen
session in the copy/scrollback mode we see that the PVs in that IOC are
effectively frozen. If you then go to the screen session and exit
copy/scrollback mode normal behavior resumes.
Have others seen this behavior? If so is there a known fix?
